KISSINGER, THE NEW WORLD ORDER & THE DAY THE DOLLAR DIED By Paul McGuire ©
The elites or “Shadow Government” have deliberately avoiding the use of the term “new world order.” The term was used by the science fiction writer H.G. Well’s in the title of his book “The New World Order” and by countless others, it was submerged by the elite who are now bringing in world government right before our very eyes. President George Bush, Sr. made the term new world order a household term during the first Gulf War. According to your private intelligence sources, an individual who worked very closely with President George Bush, Sr. and who was privy to his personal comments, Bush, Sr. was highly offended when Pat Robertson publicly accused him of trying to establish a new world order. Now, as we are in the middle of a carefully orchestrated global financial crisis, key Council on Foreign Relations leaders like Henry Kissinger are using the term new world quite frequently. Kissinger has used the term twice in the last two weeks. By now it should be obvious that the economic meltdown is a manufactured crisis. Henry Kissinger has made two separate statements in the international media calling for a new world order. Kissinger called on Obama to usher in the new world order during an MSNBC interview at the New York Stock Exchange and then Kissinger wrote an article for the international version of the New York Times promoting the new world order. Then in an article in the International Herald Tribune, which is the international version of the New York Times, Henry Kissinger writes an editorial, “The Chance For A New World Order.” Kissinger writes: “The nadir of the existing international financial system coincides with simultaneous political crises around the globe. Never have so many transformations occurred at the same time in so many different parts of the world and been made globally accessible via instantaneous communication. The alternative to a new international order is chaos. The financial and political crises are, in fact, closely related partly because, during the period of economic exuberance, a gap had opened up between the economic and the political organization of the world. The economic world has been globalized. Its institutions have a global reach and have operated by maxims that assumed a self-regulating global market. The financial collapse exposed the mirage. It made evident the absence of global institutions to cushion the shock and to reverse the trend. Inevitably, when the affected publics turned to their national political institutions, these were driven principally by domestic politics, not considerations of world order.” It is clear than Kissinger is not acting on his own, like an independent, agent when he promotes the term new world order. In his “New World Order’ editorial it is important to understand why Kissinger emphasizes an economic social alliance with China. This has been planned for a very long time. It is why Richard Nixon made numerous trips to China. When I was interviewing former President Jimmy Carter on my radio show, he emphasized globalization and it was under his administration that he gave away the Panama Canal to the Chinese. One of the key men involved in giving the Chinese the Panama Canal was Robert Pastor the man who is behind the Council on Foreign Relation’s plan for a North American Union which means the merger of Canada, Mexico and the United States In the article on the website I have below two maps. The first map shows the plan in a multi-color North American continental map on the CISCOR website leaves no doubt the Canadian super corridor is designed to interface with the NAFTA Superhighway, extending down into Mexico. The long term plan was for American companies have taken advantage of cheap labor in China that in some cases functions at slave or near-slave levels. Communist Chinese prison camps also continue to make goods for the U.S. market. This is what Kissinger wants us to merge with. In the first map you see that Chinese ships after coming through the Panama Canal will deliver goods to a newly constructed super-port’s of Lazaro Cardenas and Manzanillo, Mexico. Then, through the new NAFTA Superhighways being constructed now Chinese goods will move up from Mexico into Texas, stop at a Kansas City “smart port” and go all the way up into Canada. The borders will be opened for Mexican trucks using RFID transmitters so they can speed through the NAFTA Superhighway’s and deliver their goods across America and Canada. Notice on the two map’s in the article on the website that the first map tells the truth of what is going to happen and the second map has been changed to obscure what is really happening. The CISCOR website reveals the Canadian national transportation plan to open Prince Rupert and Vancouver as deep-water ports capable of handling the new class of 12,500 container-capacity post-Panamax ships now being built for China. Henry Kissinger and the Council on Foreign Relations are fully aware of this Chinese American system because they planned it decades ago. Kissinger writes in his New World Order essay: “The role of China in a new world order is equally crucial. A relationship that started on both sides as essentially a strategic design to constrain a common adversary has evolved over the decades into a pillar of the international system. China made possible the American consumption splurge by buying American debt; America helped the modernization and reform of the Chinese economy by opening its markets to Chinese goods. Each side of the Pacific needs the cooperation of the other in addressing the consequences of the financial crisis. Now that the global financial collapse has devastated Chinese export markets, China is emphasizing infrastructure development and domestic consumption. It will not be easy to shift gears rapidly, and the Chinese growth rate may fall temporarily below the 7.5 percent that Chinese experts have always defined as the line that challenges political stability. America needs Chinese cooperation to address its current account imbalance and to prevent its exploding deficits from sparking a devastating inflation. What kind of global economic order arises will depend importantly on how China and America deal with each other over the next few years. A frustrated China may take another look at an exclusive regional Asian structure, for which the nucleus already exists in the Asian-plus-three concept. At the same time, if protectionism grows in America or if China comes to be seen as a long-term adversary, a self-fulfilling prophecy may blight the prospects of global order. Such a return to mercantilism and 19th-century diplomacy would divide the world into competing regional units with dangerous long-term consequences. The Sino-American relationship needs to be taken to a new level. The current crisis can be overcome only by developing a sense of common purpose. Such issues as proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, energy and the environment demand strengthened political ties between China and the United States.” It is crucial that you understand the endgame here. Republicans said that Obama’s appointment to energy czar Carol Browner's work with Socialist International raises questions. "Does she agree with the group's positions on global governance - that the United States should abdicate its international leadership to international organizations? Does she support its position that the international community should be the ultimate arbiter of climate change policy?" said Antonia Ferrier, a spokeswoman for House Minority Leader John A. Boehner, Ohio Republican. An aide on the Obama team said its information shows that Mrs. Browner resigned from the organization in June 2008. It appears Browner does believe in global government. Otherwise the Socialist International web site would not have conspicuously deleted her picture and have a copy of her June 30 speech, where she was scheduled to speak at the Socialist International as part of a panel on "How do we strengthen the multilateral architecture for a sustainable future?" (a fancy description for global government).
Socialist International bills itself as the world body of democratic socialist movements. It includes members ranging from Israel's Labor Party and France's Socialist Party to Angola's MPLA, which won the 1970s Angolan civil war with the aid of Soviet arms and Cuban troops. The organization distinguishes itself from violent or revolutionary communist parties. However, some such groups, including the Chinese Communist Party, have been invited to its events as guest organizations. Do you see what Henry Kissinger is talking about? During the Great Depression large numbers of people built thriving businesses, acquired wealth and built great ministries during this time. Today, the Federal Reserve is printing billions of dollars into the American and global financial system. Ironically, the finance chiefs of five of the six-member, Gulf Corporation, which is rolling in oil money adopted a plan to create a single currency. The six Islamic states are Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Oman pulled out last year. These Middle Eastern nations who have hundreds of billions in oil wealth are targeted 2010 for the creation of their monetary union which will establish an Islamic single currency. This follows the trend of leaving national currencies in favor of “regional currencies.” The EU nations have abandoned their national currencies in favor of the “euro.” You can guess what’s next on the horizon? The U.S. adopting a common currency with Canada and Mexico or the “amero” dollar, or moving into an International currency consisting of the dollar, the Swiss Franc, the British pound sterling, the euro and the Chinese yen. Harvard Economist Schumpeter called this “creative destruction” as a mechanism of saving capitalism. However, in this case capitalism is saved by a massive wealth transfer from the middle class to International banks and the Federal Reserve. The U.S. economy and the prosperity of the last few decades has been created by debt: mortgages, credit cards, home equity loans, lines of credit, auto loans, tuition loans, medical loans, Treasury bills, notes and bonds. However, although there may be a percentage lowering of the American standard of living in order to artificially bring in line with the standard of living of other nations. I believe that economic opportunities will continue to abound in the U.S. and for those who are diligent, educated, wise and prepared there still will remain tremendous economic opportunities. In others words, in the U.S. people can still make money, build businesses, become entrepreneurs, and opportunity will continue to exist. There are people today who are going to create the next Microsoft, Google, Starbucks, Ebay, biotech industries and so on. It would be a serious mistake to get into a doom and gloom mindset. Without question, there are going to be serious economic adjustments, the coming economic upheaval is going to affect many people adversely. This is going to being about economic disruption, but not economic collapse. It is important to understand that because many businesses, industries, and ministries will be launched and created during this time. This means your children must continue to be educated at the highest levels possible, and adults must keep their eye on the bouncing ball. Alan Greenspan, former Chairman of the Federal Reserve stated that we are in the worst financial crisis of the last 100 years. Yet, this crisis was predicted by a number or people before and there are some who speculate it is in some degree connected to our relationship with the nation of Israel. I have just finished a third MP3 in a series entitled “Economic Meltdown, Israel and What is to Come in America? First, let’s look at a brief overview of the global financial crisis. Easy money and credit has been pumped into the U.S. economy by the Fed, for over a decade. A housing bubble has exploded and the crisis is now global. Governments and economists are calling for the world to work together with a new international regulatory system and a global currency. However, just like in the time of Joseph, God knew this was coming and has made provision for His people. I will discuss this more in detail on the MP3. But, first let’s understand the dynamics of what is now happening in America and around the world. The financial crisis is now global; that means across the world governments must work together in new a global economic system to survive. The financial Meltdown is spreading across the Atlantic into major banks all over Europe. The German government just spent $51 billion in loans borrowed from German banks and the German government to save Hypo Real Estate, the country’s second-biggest property lender. Hypo Real Estate was just one of five major banks in seven European countries bailed out in just three days. Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands rescued Fortis. England nationalized Bradford & Bingley. Belgium, France and Luxembourg saved Dexia. Iceland rescued Glitnir. Ireland took €400 billion of contingent liabilities onto the national balance sheet, when it stood behind the deposits and debts of its six large banks and building societies.
The “Bail Out Plan” consists of having the Treasury purchase
approximately $800 billion of bad dept from both U.S. and
foreign banks doing business in the United States. The
Treasury would also be authorized to buy up securities
backed by bad auto loans, student loans and credit card
debts. Unless God’s people are prepared like they were in
the days of famine in Joseph’s time, you are going to see
the American Middle Class dissolve into Third World living
conditions. This is the purpose of surfacing political
candidates from both parties who espouse to varying degrees
socialist economic policies. Obama clearly has ideological
ties to the Marxism espoused by the Weatherman and his plan
for America is socialistic in nature. But, the Republican
Party essentially is offering a similar menu. Remember both
parties share in responsibility for the Meltdown. This
clearly means the loss of personal, religious and economic
freedoms in America. Make no mistake about it. Without
God’s intervention you and your children are going to live
in a radically different kind of America. As I said in the
title of my book, “Are You Ready?” The question should be asked has God tried to warn His people before the crisis? In June of 1998 David Wilkerson had a prophecy about an economic holocaust in America. Here a few excerpts from that prophecy: “For some time I have prophesied that America is about to be stricken with an economic holocaust. Now, lately, I've become convinced that one of two scenarios could take place. Here is one scenario:: “On the other hand, the stock market or bond markets may dive overnight with no rebound at all. If so, we would see a daily retreat among investors - because everyone will recognize America has been hit with a full-blown market crash. At that point, total panic will set in. And we'll know our nation has entered a period of divine judgment - because we'll take a precipitous, sudden slide into chaos”
David Wilkerson also had a vision of an economic crisis: Wilkerson recently gave a sermon where he talked about the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and revival as people come to Christ when the financial institutions are shaken Psalm 93:3 “The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the flood have lifted up their voice. The floods lift up their waves. The Lord on High is mightier than the noise of many waters, than the mighty waves of the sea.”
There appears to be a direct relationship between America’s
treatment of Israel and our current financial crisis.
The stock market collapse on September 29, 2008, happened on

Rice has been flying continually to Israel to pressure
Israel to give up land. President George W. Bush president
is calling for a Palestinian state, and for Israel to give
up land. In the Old Testament God warns that nations who try to divide Israel in the last days will be judged. In Joel 3:2 the Lord says that He will "enter into judgment" against those nations that "have divided up My land.” In terms of Bible prophecy, there appears to be an effort to use the financial crisis to create a global currency and a global economic system. In 1961 the nation of New Zealand experienced its private corporations, government and economy being taken over by foreign investors as sort of an experiment in globalization. The Bank for International Settlements.The World Bank, and The International Monetary Fund began lending large sums of money to New Zealand for the purpose of experimenting with a transition from nationalism to globalism. It is important to remember that the primary purpose and objective of the United Nations created in 1945 is bring about world government. Under the Bretton Woods Monetary Conference of 1944, the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, International Trade Organization and Global Security Exchange Commission ( G-7 Ministers ) have been established for the ultimate purpose of a one world economic system and global government. But, God desires to open doors for His people on many levels. These will be challenging times. But, these are times to draw closer to the Lord. Seek the face of God. He will lead you and guide you. Seek the face of God for your children. He will lead them and guide them. After threatening to strike Israeli and U.S. interests if attacked, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards test-fired nine missiles, including one that Tehran claims has the range to reach Israel. Russia has invaded Georgia and has sent ships with nuclear missiles to Venezuela. Russia has also sent arranged to help Cuba build a space station and construct nuclear “power plants” Venezuela. Russia is rolling in cash by selling WMD’s and supplying Europe with oil. There are so many billionaires living in Moscow that mansions are going up over night in brand new expensive enclaves for the “super-rich.” The United States election is being watched carefully by Russia, Iran and other nations. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice continues to fly into Israel pressuring them into dividing up the land. Coincidentally, our financial institutions are collapsing and our nation has been hit with hurricanes. Are we coming to Ezekiel 38? Iranian State-run media, said the tests near the Strait of Hormuz included long- and medium-range missiles, among them a new version of the Shahab-3, which Tehran maintains can hit targets 2,000 kilometers, or 1,250 miles, away. The reported tests coincide with increasingly tense negotiations over Tehran's nuclear program, which Iran says is for civilian purposes but which many Western governments suspect is meant for building nuclear weapons. At the same time, U.S. and British warships have been conducting naval maneuvers in the Gulf - apparently within range of the launch site of the missiles tested. Iran’s Supreme Leader boasted that Iran will hit Tel Aviv, U.S. shipping in the Gulf and American interests around the world if it is attacked over its disputed nuclear activities. "The first bullet fired by America at Iran will be followed by Iran burning down U.S. vital interests around the globe," the students news agency ISNA quoted Ali Shirazi as saying in a speech to Revolutionary Guards. Many people in the United States, Israel, and European Union intelligence agencies and believe Iran is building nuclear weapons. Yet, Tehran says its nuclear energy program is peaceful. "The Zionist regime is pressuring White House officials to attack Iran. If they commit such a stupidity, Tel Aviv and U.S. shipping in the Persian Gulf will be Iran's first targets and they will be burned," Shirazi was quoted as saying. Shirazi, a mid-level cleric, is Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's representative to the Revolutionary Guards. "The Iranian nation will never accept bullying. A number of years ago, I had the privilege of interviewing Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert in San Diego, at a private briefing held by Pastor Leo Giovenitti. I asked Prime Minister Olmert directly about the threat of Iran, and the danger of “giving up land for peace.” In fact, immediately before the Israeli-Lebanon war, Prime Minister Olmert sent me note that he had ready my book where I outlined the historical results of what happened when Israel gave up land for peace. Despite his outward diplomacy, I believe Prime Minister Olmert, and Israel will no longer tolerate a threat to its survival in the form of a militantly Islamic-state of Iran whose leader continually threatens to destroy Israel. The term Jewish term “Never Again!” has fresh meaning for the nation of Israel whose very existence is threatened by a nuclear-Iran!
Seymour M. Hersh, writing in an article entitled “Preparing the Battlefield,” in the New Yorker Magazine, said, “Late last year, Congress agreed to a request from President Bush to fund a major escalation of covert operations against Iran, according to current and former military, intelligence, and congressional sources. These operations, for which the President sought up to four hundred million dollars, were described in a Presidential Finding signed by Bush, and are designed to destabilize the country’s religious leadership. The covert activities involve support of the minority Ahwazi Arab and Baluchi groups and other dissident organizations. They also include gathering intelligence about Iran’s suspected nuclear-weapons program.” Many intelligence experts believe that President Bush may well want to strike Iran before he leaves term as President of the United States in 2009. In fact, the Stratfor Intelligence Report published a briefing entitled “The War In Iraq Is Not Over,” by Dr. George Friedman. In the analysis, Dr. Friedman argued that the United States has two fundamental reasons for invading Iraq. First, “To transform the psychology of the Islamic world, which had perceived the United States as in essence weak, and unwilling to take risks to achieve its ends.” Second, “To use Iraq as a strategic base of operations from which to confront Islamist regimes that are either incapable of or unwilling to deny al Qaeda and other Islamist groups access to enabling resources.” Dr. Friedman continued; “Iran: the extraordinarily complex game that Tehran is playing makes Syrian foreign policy transparent. Iran has positioned itself in such a way that its pro-Iranian Shiite groups in Iraq could wage a guerrilla war against the United States, while Tehran holds open the possibility of reaching implicit accommodations with the United States -- all at the same time. Iranian subtlety notwithstanding, Washington regards Iran as the single most potentially dangerous regime in the region, because of both its resources and the complexity of its politics and policies. Iran has positioned itself to be fundamentally unpredictable -- and having achieved this goal, it concerns the United States tremendously.” The build-up of Iran’s nuclear weapons program continues to make Iran a threat to the nation of Israel, and the United States of America.” To those of us who take Bible prophecy and the Bible literally the words of the Prophet Ezekiel in Ezekiel Chapter 38 appear to be coming alive in our generation:
“Now the
word of the LORD came to me, saying, “Son of man, set your
face against Gog, of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh,
Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him, and say,
‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “Behold, I am against you, O
Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal. I will turn
you around, put hooks into your jaws, and lead you out, with
all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed,
a great company with bucklers and shields, all of
them handling swords. Persia, Ethiopia,
and Libya are with them, all of them
with shield and helmet; Gomer and all its troops; the
house of Togarmah from the far north and all its
troops—many people are with you.
Although, the timing of Ezekiel Chapter 38 is a matter of debate among Bible scholars who hold to a Pre-Tribulation Rapture position. The majority believe that Ezekiel Chapter 38 or the War of Gog and Magog happens after the Rapture of the Church. However, there are some Bible scholars who believe that Ezekiel 38 is not part of the War of Armageddon, and therefore could occur before the revealing of the Antichrist, and the Rapture. It is interesting to note that in either Eschatological time frame, it clearly means we could be approaching the Seventieth Week of Daniel, or “the time of Jacob’s trouble.” If Ezekiel Chapter 38 were to occur before the Rapture, this could signal the major defeat for militant Islam, and cause many people globally to turn to the God of the Bible. If Ezekiel 38 happens after the Rapture of the Church, then we are on the verge of seeing a convergence of prophetic events occur. These events include merging of the United States into a globalist Revived Roman Empire whose headquarters could be a high-tech Babylon in Iraq.
If you view the Bible literally, and not through some distorted grid of “pre-understanding,” than the Bible speaks clearly for itself. It is God’s Word declaring the end from the beginning. If the War of Gog and Magog were to occur before the Tribulation Period, or if we are moving quickly towards the Seventieth Week of Daniel. In either scenario, it would be extremely important for us to understand the depth, and richness of God’s infallible Word. God intends to magnify Himself, and reveal Himself to many nations through the fulfillment of the everlasting covenant He made with Abraham.
I would suggest that we are closer than we think, and that it would be incumbent upon us as believers to “study to show thyself approved,” regarding all scriptures, and especially the prophetic scriptures.
